WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Current payment options are through Gcash, Maya and Bank transfers ( Metrobank, BPI ). Payment options and details will be provided at the checkout page.
WHAT ARE THE PICKUP AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Personal pickup and delivery via courier is available at our warehouse site by schedule. Will let you know first when your order is ready.
Note: Booking and payment of couriers will be made by the customer.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/ REFUND POLICY?
We provide a return and refund policy for unopened boxed items only. Condition must be as is when released to the customer, any dents and damages from the box weather at fault by the courier will not be acceptable. Plus a restocking fee of 10% from the total amount to be returned will be deductible from the refund fee.
Note: For scale models that are already opened from the manufacturer; sealed bags must still be unopened to be considered as a returnable item and all contents including leaflets, stickers, manuals must be complete and not damaged.
